French Stack Exchange is not a translation service. If you have trouble understanding this sentence, tell us which part is giving you difficulties. Regarding “pour que”, what do you need beyond the dictionary definition? –  Gilles May 30 '13 at 14:35

what's the mission of this site so ? thanks. –  researcher May 30 '13 at 15:37

We are a site of Q&A about the French language. We answer practical questions to problems you may be facing, and as a community decided anything bigger than small expression translation, as well as proofreading, is out of our scope. You can read both the FAQ and the About page for more information. We will be happy to help you if you have more targetted questions. –  Kareen May 30 '13 at 16:10

Your question is considered "too narrow" (or localized) because it applies to only ONE sentence. You might ask a question about the GENERAL use of "pour que," using your sentence as an EXAMPLE. That would be a question of greater general interest. If you do so, please edit this question instead of creating a new one. –  Tom Au Jun 1 '13 at 15:50

Pour qu’une application distribuée puisse être gérée par notre logiciel, l’utilisateur doit fournir un paquet compressé contenant les fichiers de données.

I would translate this sentence as:

So that a distributed application can be managed by our software, the user must provide a compressed file containing the given data.

puisse gets translated into can and then you apply the tense normally.

Or if you can reverse the sentence order (it sounds better to me that way):

The user must provide a compressed file containing the given data so that a distributed application can be managed by our software.
