How to understand “Je m'en vais.”? In italian we have the opposite: "ne". Je m'en vais = Me ne vado. :D |

How many times the letter 'f' is used in French, in order to suppress it? Tu as écris "ephephet", mais peut-être tu voulais dire "ephphet". :D |

How is the 'root' of the verbs referred to? @Phil I voted to close your question, but I didn't understand you were looking for specific terminology. Maybe you could edit your question and be more clear about that? |

0, -1 et les nombres decimaux sont-ils singuliers ou pluriels ? I'm aware it's not normally used for objects. I think that's something out of discussion and you can assume I know things like this. But let's say I still want to use it in some cases, like when reporting data... For example: due to a lack of founding, we can't buy anymore planes, and actually we have a decrease. So, in a table summarizing that data, I want to write "-45 airplanes". Not everyday usage, I'd choose other expressions, but legit. |

0, -1 et les nombres decimaux sont-ils singuliers ou pluriels ? First you state it makes no sense, and then you talk about "-2,5 degrees" and "-4 votes"... that sounds like a contradiction. You can face situations where you talk about "-X of something", apparently. |

« Liste de stationnement » ou « liste parking » ? Could you include some detail? For example, what is a "Parkplatzliste", where do you see the word? |

What's the meaning of: le coup de sang @Jez I see... Mine was just an observation. If it's on topic, no problem for me! :) |

What's the meaning of: le coup de sang The FAQ is not ready yet, but on the French Language & Usage Meta there is a discussion about its content. This is a simple translation question and it seems it's not accepted. Maybe if you provide your translation efforts, it can have a bigger chance to stay open. |
