Pourquoi utilise-t-on « on » au lieu de « nous » ? I'm going with this one, since the other one is too long for my taste. It carefully describes things as the are/were but doesn't take much into account semantics and usage (that are the things language is really about I think) and doesn't really talk about why the assimilation between "on" and "nous" happens. |

What's the meaning of: le coup de sang @Stamm maybe from a real diplomat not, but it is not uncommon to see politicians to fight in the parliament (at least in Italy :P). As well, at the UN someone like Chavez or Ahmadinejad would be more vehement. Anyway I originally asked for the translation of the expression. I changed the question to show some effort, but it has been a bad idea. Getting an accurate translation of the expression would have be perfect for me. Now seems a bit late to me to modify the question again, so I will just resign myself about it. |
